OGFC Player and Parents:

Thank you for committing to play on an Ohio Galaxies FC team for the upcoming 2011-12 season.  We will be holding our player registration sessions at Phillips Sand and Gravel Conference Room on the following dates:

Monday, June 13, 2011 - 5-9 pm
Monday, June 20, 2011 - 5-9 pm
Monday, June 27, 2011 - 5-9 pm

Please bring a current picture of the player and a copy of the player's birth certificate.  At the registration, a nonrefundable $500 deposit is required and we will be asking parents and players to complete the following paperwork:

OGFC players in the u15 age group will be ordering uniforms at the registration sessions.  The uniform is a separate expense and payment is due at the time the uniform order is received.  Players in the u17 girls age group for the 2011-2012 season will be ordering an Warren County/OGFC kit at a later date.  Players in the u17 boys age group for the 2011-2012 season will be required to purchase new shorts and socks and payment is also due at the time the uniform order is received.  Current Ohio Galaxies players in the u16 and u18 age groups will have the opportunity to order replacement uniform items.  Players new to the Ohio Galaxies will have the opportunity to check uniform sizing for fit and will need to order a uniform kit.
