OGFC Player and Parents:

Thank you for committing to play on a Ohio Galaxies team for the upcoming 2009-10 season.  We will be holding our final player registration session at Phillips Sand and Gravel on the following date:

Monday, June 29, 2009 - 6-9 pm

Please bring a current picture of the player and a copy of the player's birth certificate.  At the registration, a nonrefundable $500 deposit is required and we will be asking parents and players to complete the following paperwork:

CWPD waiver
website waiver
uniform order form

OGFC players in the u15 and u17 age groups for the 2009-2010 season will be getting new uniforms this year.  Current Ohio Galaxies players in the u16 and u18 age groups will have the opportunity to order replacement uniform items.  Players new to the Ohio Galaxies will have the opportunity to check uniform sizing for fit and will be need to order a uniform.
