OGFC Player and Parents:

Thank you for committing to play on a Ohio Galaxies team for the upcoming 2008-09 season.  We will be holding player registration sessions at Phillips Sand and Gravel on the following dates:

Tuesday, June 17, 2008 - 6-9 pm
Monday, June 23, 2008 - 6-9 pm
Monday, June 30, 2008 - 6-9 pm

Please bring a current picture of the player and a copy of the player's birth certificate.  At the registration, a $500 deposit is required and we will be asking parents and players to complete the following paperwork:

uniform order form

Current OGFC players will not be getting new uniforms this year, but will have the opportunity to order replacement uniform items.  Players new to the Ohio Galaxies will have the opportunity to check uniform sizing for fit and will be asked to complete a uniform order form.
