Player Fee Information for 2019-2020 Season

Ohio Galaxies FC Tier 1 Base Fee - $1175 **

Fee includes one league application fee and referee costs, 2 club sponsored tournaments, 3 additional tournament application fees, team coach salary and travel expense, club trainer expense, Beavercreek Soccer Association player fee, indoor field rental expense, outdoor field rental expense and club administration. The club may choose to substitute an additional league fee for one tournament fee during the seasonal year. Players will train three times a week in the fall and spring and two times a week in the winter.

Uniforms are a separate expense purchased through Soccer Plus.

Ohio Galaxies FC Tier 2 Fee - $1325 **

Fee includes one league application fee and referee costs, participation in 2 club sponsored tournaments, 4 additional tournament application fees, team coach salary and travel expense, club trainer expense, Beavercreek Soccer Association player fee, indoor field rental expense, outdoor field rental expense and club administration. The club may choose to substitute an additional league fee for one tournament fee during the seasonal year. Players will train three times a week in the fall and spring and two times a week in the winter.

Ohio Galaxies FC Tier 3 Fee - $1425**

Fee includes two league application fees and referee costs, 2 club sponsored tournaments, 4 additional tournament application fees, team coach salary and travel expense, club trainer expense, Beavercreek Soccer Association player fee, indoor field rental expense, outdoor field rental expense and club administration. The club may choose to substitute an additional tournament fee for one league application fee and referee costs during the seasonal year. Players will train three times a week in the fall and spring and two times a week in the winter.

Ohio Galaxies FC Tier 4 Fee - $1525**

Fee includes two league application fees and referee costs, 2 club sponsored tournaments, 4 additional tournament application fees including the Disney Showcase or an equivalent, team coach salary and travel expense, club trainer expense, Beavercreek Soccer Association player fee, indoor field rental expense, outdoor field rental expense and club administration. The club may choose to substitute an additional tournament fee for one league application fee and referee costs during the seasonal year. Players will train three times a week in the fall and spring and two times a week in the winter.

Please note the following Ohio Galaxies FC policies:

Players can option to pay player fees in full at the time the position is accepted on the team, or pay fees through an installment option.

  • The first installment payment for the season is due at the time the position on the roster is accepted. Failure to make the first installment payment means the player has not yet accepted the roster position on the team.
  • Failure to complete monthly installment payments may result in the installment option no longer being available and the player not being able to participate until financial obligations are met.
  • ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • In the case of an injury that affects more than half the season, the club may allow for a credit to be applied toward the following season's fees based on a prorate of the time missed.
  • Families with 2 or more players within the Ohio Galaxies FC program will be eligible for a $50 discount on player fees. The oldest player in the family will pay a full player fee, each subsequent player in the organization will receive a $50 discount on their player fee.
  • Shift Requirements. Each player's family is obligated to work shifts at club sponsored events. These events generate income to offset club expenses, and allow our teams to play locally, saving money on personal travel expenses. The success of these events is contingent on the participation of our families. We appreciate your help in hosting competitive, quality events that teams and college coaches from across the Midwest attend.

**Teams may have an additional team charge or team credit applied to player accounts during the 2019-2020 season depending on the overall costs associated with the individual team's leagues and tournaments. If applicable, additional team fees or a team credit will be added to player accounts in January - March 2020.

**Teams substituting a fee based tournament in place of participating in a club sponsored event will be financially responsible for corresponding tournament fees and coach travel expense.
